Digital Marketing Manager – Fashion
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving the digital strategy and execution across all digital channels, enhancing the brand’s online presence and creating immersive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the business and target audience.
- Develop growth strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance, including ads and landing pages.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high‑quality, compelling digital content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels to engage and grow the luxury consumer base.
- Manage and enhance the marketing CRM (Hub Spot).
- Utilise CRM for segmentation of audiences and messages.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Utilise analytics and customer insights to inform decision‑making and optimise digital initiatives; track KPIs and ROI for all digital activities.
- Business and/or marketing or digital media degree or equivalent.
- Previous background within the luxury sector preferable.
- Over 5 years’ experience within digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CMS, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, email marketing and social media management.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies; growth mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with luxury market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
- SME consumer marketing experience with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
