SummaryWe are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team in the UK/IE region. If you are local to our Manchester or Dublin offices, you will be expected to come into the office minimum twice a week.
As a Senior Compliance Analyst you will report to the Senior Manager Compliance and be part of the effort to expand and automate Clio’s compliance program in support of product growth and third‑party attestations. You will work with stakeholders across Clio to support initiatives such as risk mitigation, innovation in AI and product development, customer inquiry support, control maintenance, and instilling best practices throughout the organization.

You are a seasoned compliance professional with a keen interest in process automation and have experience designing and implementing compliance programs. You have worked through audits, conducted audits, and generated metrics on compliance program status. You focus on optimization through consolidation and automating assessments, and you have a healthy curiosity that allows you to learn the why behind a decision and the why‑not.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Designing and implementing Clio’s control automation initiatives
- Ongoing auditing and reporting on Clio’s compliance program state
- Working with cross‑functional technology and business stakeholders to develop practices and outcomes aligned with our compliance objectives
- Creating metrics and tracking program effectiveness and efficiency
- Leading discussions and strategizing effective adoption of changes that may affect Clio
- Participating in gap assessments, compliance readiness and monitoring
- Providing maintenance support and reporting on the Risk Management program
- Working with the Privacy Program Manager to identify and resolve privacy compliance issues within the product
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to discover, track and resolve impact assessments and ensure effective security practices
- Leading or conducting internal compliance assessments and coordinating external compliance audits
- Understanding where compliance requirements should be met and where we must exceed
- Weighing in on the vendor risk management process
- Mentoring junior team members to enhance the team’s depth of knowledge and capabilities
- Clear interpersonal written and spoken communication skills
- Security or Audit Certifications such as CISSP, CISM and/or CISA
- Familiarity with Information Security principles and IT processes (e.g., Change Management)
- Demonstrated product and project ownership skills
- Vendor Management, Incident Management, Risk Assessment/Management, Data Privacy, Operations
- Keen analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with GRC or compliance tools (e.g., One Trust, Standard Fusion, Drata, Vantai, ZenGRC, Fusion Framework)
- Interest or passion for process automation
- Ability to balance priorities of multiple tasks advancing at varying rates
- Curiosity, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- An interest in improving your craft by using AI

The expected salary range for this role is £58,100 to £78,500.
