• Develop target architectures and roadmaps for large clients and govern delivery against them.
• Serve as a visionary advisor, aligning clients’ operating models with ERP opportunities and integrating them into autonomous systems.
• Contribute to Capgemini’s architecture community, enhancing vendor relationships, mentoring talent, curating learning materials and maintaining delivery assets.

• Business Development: Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and event hosting.
• Internal Contribution: Campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and offering development.
• Learning & Development: Participate in training that supports your career development and meets company skill demands, including certifications.

• Experience leading the architecture, design and implementation of Oracle solutions across multiple business units.
• Market‑leading knowledge of Oracle technology and its application across industries, with the ability to execute enterprise architecture roadmaps.
• Experience with related technologies such as major cloud platforms (IaaS & PaaS), identity & access management, data platforms, service management, automation, IoT, operational technology and API management.
• Demonstrated technical mastery in architecture frameworks, system design, integration and data management.
• Strong business acumen, understanding of operational managers’ needs, and the ability to articulate leading practices for enterprise operating models.
• Proven governance of Just‑In‑Time and Just‑Enough Architecture to deliver incremental value.
• Capability to ope rationalise business strategies and advise on when to adapt versus adopt solutions.
• Support clients in digital transformations for their ERP solutions.
• Evidence of cultivating strong relationships with teams, senior leadership and alliance partners.
• Assume responsibility for developing business and carrying a personal sales target of £1m (Senior Manager grades).
• Develop the next generation of digital architects through formal line management and informal mentoring.

Must be cleared or eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Flexibility is essential: the role may involve assignment periods in London, Manchester or Glasgow, and occasional travel away from home at short notice.
