We are currently recruiting for a driven and motivated ERP Support Consultant to join a forward‑thinking and expanding organisation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced ERP support professional who is looking to develop their career into a specialist Net Suite Support Consultant, with full structured training provided.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years ERP support experience within a customer/client facing role and be willing to be trained into a Net Suite support consultant. For this position no prior exposure to Net Suite is required and full training will be provided.

This opportunity offers excellent career progression allowing you to develop and grow your skillset into a Net Suite functional consultant (full training provided).

This role will require the right candidate to be on site 2 times a week in Hybrid – Hampshire/Remote.

• 2 years+ experience in a ERP support role
• The ability to effectively query and use AI tools (M365 Co Pilot / Claude)
• Experience with Net Suite or another ERP system
• Education at Degree level could be an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Documentation and Multimedia skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and to strict deadlines

• Supporting Net Suite projects
• Troubleshoot problems and quickly resolve issues
• Ensure all process documentation is maintained and is written clearly and concisely
• Develop trusting relationships and demonstrate excellent communication skills with all departments
• Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and ensure all stakeholders are kept updated on progress
• Provide resource on IT projects when required
• Provide effective 1st and 2nd line support to a large number of Oracle Net Suite users/clients
• Assist with future software implementations and testing for upgrades/releases
• Creating and delivering product features and updates webinars, blog posts, and videos
• Reviewing customers’ system usage and identifying areas where Nolan can add value to customers

Hybrid – Hampshire/Remote
