Job Title:
Digital Marketing Specialist - Manchester - Excellent Company / Career Path

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through digital media by designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze performance data across multiple channels to generate insights and continuously improve results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project lifecycle — from strategy and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns across paid and organic channels including Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
  • Clearly understand client/business objectives and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with growth targets
  • Develop engaging and conversion-focused digital content across platforms (social media, email, paid ads, landing pages, website content)
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying new technologies, tools, and automation opportunities to enhance marketing performance
  • Analyze campaign performance data across multiple channels and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Provide detailed analytical reporting and present results, recommendations, and ROI analysis to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) and other paid media platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with SEO and SEM strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects or scaling digital marketing functions
  • Experience developing digital content strategies and overseeing content creation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive performance improvements
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
