With this, you’ll sit at the heart of design, product and engineering where you’ll be building scalable foundations that power multiple products and experiences 💪

By serving over 500,000 customers and managing nearly £75 billion in assets
, your work will have visibility across a huge, real‑world audience 🌍

ANDDDD every component you design touches multiple products and customer touchpoint meaning you’ll be directly improving usability, accessibility and consistency!

• ✔️ Extensive experience in UI / Interaction Design with strong Design System ownership
• ✔️ Confident running workshops and facilitating discussions

• ⭐ Storybook or similar component libraries
• ⭐ Accessibility and inclusive design experience
• ⭐Experience driving adoption at scale
