We are working with a fast-moving consumer brand that treats social as a core growth channel, not a support function. They are looking for a Social Media Manager who can shape voice, drive creative direction and lead rollout across campaigns and key moments.
You will work alongside senior creatives, lead campaign rollouts and turn cultural moments into content that feels deliberate, not reactive.
Flexible salary readily available to discuss upon request + great perks (career development & more) | 4 days a week in MCR office (UK based applicants only)
What you’ll be doing :- Turning cultural moments into on-brand content
- Leading campaign rollouts across social
- Managing and mentoring a junior team member
- Working cross-functionally to keep storytelling aligned
- Using performance insights to evolve creative direction

What they’re looking for:- 4+ years in social within a consumer-facing brand
- Proven experience building social-first strategy, not just executing briefs
- Strong short-form video experience and confidence creating content yourself
- Comfort presenting ideas and results to senior stakeholders
- Someone decisive, culturally tuned-in and commercially aware
