We’re partnering with a forward-thinking public sector organisation in Greater Manchester that’s looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to join its expanding IT & Digital function.

This role sits at the strategic heart of the organisation’s AI journey. Alongside technical delivery, you’ll also shape how AI is identified, governed, prioritised, and embedded across services — ensuring it delivers real, ethical, and measurable value for citizens, staff, and the organisation.

You’ll act as a bridge between senior leadership, service owners, data and digital teams — translating ambition into a clear AI roadmap and ensuring initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities, regulatory requirements, and public sector values.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven projects
• Own delivery outcomes, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, deliverable digital solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to remove blockers and resolve delivery challenges
• Apply agile and modern delivery practices to drive continuous improvement
• Analyse and redesign processes to improve efficiency, service quality, and user experience
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Competitive salary of up to £48,000

This is an initial 2-year Fixed Term Contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.
