Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Web Ops Specialist to support the operational success of Fanatics’ global digital ecosystem, spanning more than 900 Fanatics and partner websites.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Management, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Customer Service teams to launch new partner sites, implement feature rollouts, and maintain seamless day-to-day website operations. You will manage site configurations in proprietary systems, ensure data accuracy, support connected commerce integrations, implement A/B testing outcomes, and drive continuous process improvements.

About the Team:
The Website Operations team is pivotal to the success and seamless functioning of Fanatics' extensive digital ecosystem. Positioned at the intersection of business management, product development, and technology, this team is integral to the operation of over 900 Fanatics and partner websites. As subject matter experts for internally developed tools and systems, Web Ops is responsible for managing website configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and drive business goals.

Web Ops serves as the primary operational steward for new website launches and feature rollouts, overseeing every aspect of the digital experience—from header navigation and checkout processes to shipping and beyond. Their role ensures that every part of the websites they manage is functioning smoothly and effectively, making them central to both daily operations and strategic initiatives.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Collaborate with multiple cross functional partners throughout the global organization to support existing and new business including business management, marketing, tech, product, and customer service to align website operations with strategic business goals.
  • Project manage new partner sites launches & connected commerce integrations globally. This includes managing timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of partner sites with existing infrastructure.
  • Building the Fanatics experience across hundreds of online stores by entering key website data and creating site configuration settings in proprietary systems.
  • Continually improve processes for ongoing operations through the identification of inefficiencies, implementation of best practices, and integration of innovative technologies. This includes regularly reviewing and updating operational procedures and seeking feedback from stakeholders.
  • Provide expertise within multiple connected business systems by leveraging your knowledge of various integrated platforms to ensure seamless operation and data flow. This includes troubleshooting system issues, advising on best practices, and facilitating effective communication between different business units to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Lead and execute long-term strategic business goals by developing and implementing plans that align with the organization’s vision. This involves setting objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives that support the company’s growth and competitive positioning.
