We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve a newly implemented internal customer operations platform. We’re looking for someone who has managed internal tools, service platforms, or CRM-style products and loves working with operational teams. You’ll take ownership of a newly landed platform, shape how it evolves, and directly impact how internal teams operate every day. Big scope, high visibility, and plenty of autonomy.
If you’ve product‑managed tools used by Customer Service / Customer Ops teams, this role is a great match.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own the roadmap for an internal customer operations platform
- Manage the relationship with the external vendor (supplier management is key!)
- Internal configuration & optimisation roadmap
- Work closely with Customer Service leaders to understand needs
- Support internal config specialists
- Prioritise improvements, fixes, automation and enhancements
- Help embed, stabilise and continuously improve the platform
- Product Manager experience with internal tools (CRM, service platforms, workflow tools, etc.
- Experience partnering with Customer Service or Operational teams
- Great stakeholder management and ability to translate operational needs into product requirements
Salesforce, Dynamics, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Now or similar platform exposure.
Mindset- Delivery‑focused and pragmatic
- Quick to learn new tools
- Relationship‑driven with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with operational complexity
Salary is paying up to £60,000 with bonus and further benefits. The role is on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week from the office (one of these days will be a Tuesday)
