Assistant Director - Cyber Security

A growing Cyber Advisory practice is seeking a Senior Cyber Manager / Associate Director to support the expansion of its national cyber capability.

This is a strategic leadership role combining client advisory, team development and business growth. You’ll lead cyber risk and governance engagements, support remediation programmes, and advise senior stakeholders on security strategy, compliance and evolving threat landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cyber advisory engagements across risk, governance and compliance
• Deliver maturity assessments and framework-based reviews (NIST, ISO 27001)
• Present findings to C-suite stakeholders
• Support business development and proposal activity
• Coach and develop a growing team (circa 10 reports)

About You:

• Strong cyber security advisory background
• Professional services experience preferred
• Commercially aware with leadership capability
