We are looking for a skilled and experienced
H1 Service Enablement Specialist, EMEAto join ourEMEA Service Enablementteam.
The role combines day-to-day operational support with the co-ordination of quarterly and project-based changes, acting as a bridge between Business and IT so that system changes are well understood, properly tested and successfully adopted across the regions.
- Provide daily operational support for Salesforce:
User and access queries, simple configuration questions, troubleshooting, routing issues. - Review planned development and release content to identify which changes impact EMEA functions, processes or data.
- Create and maintain test cases, co-ordinate EMEA business testers and organise pre-testing and UAT calls.
- Work closely with IT and project teams during development and releases, including testing support, defect management and hyper-care.
- Plan and organise your workload across day-to-day support, quarterly releases and project tasks, documenting outcomes and achievements.
- Update and maintain H1 / Salesforce training documentation so materials remain accurate, current and aligned with released changes.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service concepts and their use in a service organisation.
- Experience with core service and field service processes and how they are reflected in H1.
- Ability to work confidently with data and databases to support reporting, troubleshooting and testing.
- Familiarity with system change and release processes, including requirements, testing, deployments and hyper-care.
- Awareness of how H1 integrates with other systems, ERP/Oracle and the impact of changes on end-to-end processes.
- Good organisational and time-management skills to balance operational support, testing and project activities.
- Confidence co-ordinating and engaging stakeholders of testers, regional reps, IT and project teams across regions and functions.
