Product Manager

DWP. Digital with Purpose.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.

You'll lead on our Microsoft Sentinel product – setting the vision and roadmap for how we detect threats, automate responses, and helping us get the best out of our analytics.

You'll work closely with SOC, Cyber Defence, engineering and security leaders.

• The ability to shape and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap for a security platform, aligning it to organisational risk appetite, security strategy, and wider enterprise priorities.
• Demonstrable ability to understand the needs of security operations users and translate these into strategic product outcomes that strengthen detection and response capability.
• Proven experience of engaging, communicating and influencing senior stakeholders across security, technology, governance, and audit, balancing competing priorities and building shared understanding.

• Location: Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield – whichever is most convenient for you.
• Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model.
• Pay: £57,956 to £68,205.
• Pension: Employer contributions worth 28.97%, up to £19,759.
• Holidays: Generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.
• Flexi-time: You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month.
