Unified Communications Engineer

Join our Workplace Technology Group, where innovation meets reliability. We’re looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to help shape the future of our communications platforms—supporting telephony, unified messaging, and meeting room systems that are central to our firm’s growth.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support incident, problem, and change activities across telephony and unified communications technologies.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of meeting room solutions and communication platforms.
• Provide expert guidance and training to technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with project and service transition teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support disaster recovery planning and testing.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience with Teams Enterprise Voice / Direct Routing, Zoom, Web Ex, Google Meet, and meeting room equipment (e.g. Logitech, Q-Sys, Crestron MTR).
• Strong understanding of IP networking principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Desirable skills and qualifications:

• Knowledge of Ribbon SBC, Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast SEG, and video interop technologies.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Teams, Zoom/Web Ex, or Qsys Level 1.
