IT Support / Law firm - Manchester

My client is an established law firm based in South Manchester, and is currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician / Systems Administrator to join their I.T Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with perhaps 12 months+ experience providing IT support within a law firm. This would offer you the chance to take the next step in your career, to move in to a role where you will be given more responsibility and the chance to also work on the Proclaim case management system.

This is a hands on tech support role rather than a servie desk or helpdesk position, so we are looking for a candidate who enjoys the customer facing aspect of IT Support. Some of the tech you shall be involved in will be as follows:

• Ensure support calls are dealt with promptly
• Deskside support
• Working closely with the IT manager and systems administrator with project work
• Provide 2nd line support
• Proclaim application support (basic level)
• MS Office, Mimecase, Mitel cloud, Active Directory, SCCM

We are looking for a candidate with experience providing IT support within a professional services sector or law firm

This is a great opportunity to work in a role which will provide you with a challenge and a variety of work on a day to day basis, and to work closely with a very experienced and hands on IT Manager who is keen to upskill and train anyone who joins the team.
