Senior Service Development Lead

Senior Service Development Lead Stratford (high-flex working) | Full-time Lead innovation in information services We're seeking a Senior Service Development Lead to establish and lead a new service development unit focused on transforming how information services are designed and delivered. You'll drive innovation through agile, test-and-learn approaches, focusing on personalised user journeys and omni-channel, AI-informed delivery. What you'll do Lead a multidisciplinary team (3-5 reports) delivering agile, sprint-based innovation Develop and prototype new services using design thinking and rapid testing Co-lead strategic initiatives to improve user journeys and engagement Collaborate across teams to embed new ways of working Use data, insight and user research to shape decisions and measure impact Manage budgets and commission specialist support where needed What you'll bring Proven experience delivering innovation from concept to launch Strong background in service design, agile delivery, and human-centred design Experience running design sprints and iterative development cycles Ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills Interest in applying AI within digital or content services Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Desirable Experience in health or charity sectors Training in design thinking or innovation methodologies
