Senior Project Manager - Oracle HCM Integration

Senior Project Manager - (Oracle HCM Transformation) Reading (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 remote) 6-month contract | Start June 2026 £ 705 via Umbrella We're looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme within a leading energy organisation. The programme has reached an advanced stage, with integration build and system testing already completed, and now requires a strong delivery lead to drive the final phases, including integration validation, deployment, and transition into BAU.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical integrations across HR, payroll, and field service systems. What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end integration delivery lifecycle , from validation through to deployment and support transition Work closely with SI partners, HR, IT and third-party providers to ensure milestones are delivered Oversee integration alignment across Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, payroll and field service applications Manage design validation, governance, and sign-off processes Support cutover planning and transition into BAU operations Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and timelines, driving mitigation where needed Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent delivery performance Essential Experience 8 years in IT Delivery / Project / Programme Management roles Proven experience on large-scale digital transformation programmes Strong background managing complex system integrations Experience delivering within Waterfall methodologies (PRINCE2 or equivalent) Experience implementing Workforce Scheduler solutions Oracle HCM Module, including Workforce Scheduler & HCM Time and Labour Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle Field Service Familiarity with Service Now If you are available and interested, please apply today Guidant, Carbon
