The Role Not your typical SDR role. You'll be building pipeline and engaging senior security leaders across high-growth and regulated industries. Outbound prospecting (calls, Linked In, targeted campaigns) Managing inbound leads and qualifying opportunities Booking high-quality meetings for senior sales Researching accounts and identifying new opportunities Supporting marketing on outbound campaigns Contributing ideas to messaging, strategy & go-to-market Representing the business at industry events and conferences Development & Progression The last SDR hired progressed to running their own client meetings within 6 months and is now closing opportunities.

This will be the second sales hire , meaning real visibility, responsibility, and fast-track progression. Shadow experienced salespeople from day one Learn full consultative sales cycle in a high-growth environment Progress quickly into running your own meetings Clear path into closing / Account Executive roles as the company scales Who This Suits Some sales, outbound, or commercial experience Confident communicator comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders Ambitious, driven, and motivated by progression & earnings Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup Interested in cyber security, AI, or modern SaaS INDCHARLOTTEM
