AI Enablement & Adoption Consultant

We’re a small, fast-growing consultancy within the Reply Group, which means you’ll get exposure to real client work early on, while being supported by experienced colleagues as you build your confidence and skills.

As an AI Enablement & Adoption Consultant, you will leverage your experience to lead client conversations and shape the delivery of AI adoption initiatives. You will present to groups, facilitate interactive sessions, and demonstrate how AI tools can be practically applied in real workplace scenarios. Working closely with clients, you will identify their needs, design actionable delivery plans, and translate AI opportunities into clear actions, materials, and programmes.

You will have the autonomy to own end-to-end pieces of work, while collaborating with experienced colleagues in a supportive team environment.

• Leading delivery of AI enablement programmes and adapting them to suit client needs.
• Facilitating interactive sessions that introduce AI concepts, use cases, and practical examples.
• Demonstrating AI tools (such as ChatGPT) live, showing people how they can be applied to everyday work.
• Acting as a confident and approachable presence for clients, helping users feel comfortable experimenting with AI.
• Supporting drop-in sessions and clinics where users can explore AI in a safe, guided way.
• Gathering feedback from sessions and contributing to improvements in materials, delivery approaches, and programme design.
• Working across wider consulting activity, including client discovery, adoption planning, stakeholder engagement, and internal capability development.

• A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in a professional role, ideally within client-facing, consulting, learning, change, or delivery-focused environments.
• Proven confidence in presenting to groups and speaking effectively both in person and online.
• Experience in clearly explaining or demonstrating tools, processes, or ideas to diverse audiences.
• Ability to guide individuals and teams through new ways of working in a practical, approachable manner.
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for simplifying and clarifying complex concepts.
• Genuine interest in AI, with confidence using tools like ChatGPT in practical work settings.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a commitment to quality-checking materials and maintaining high delivery standards across engagements.
