CRM & Digital Marketing Manager Manchester | 12-Month FTC | Up to £40,000 A fast-growing, PE-backed law firm that's looking to bring in a CRM & Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to support a major phase of CRM and marketing development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of marketing systems, improving processes, and delivering digital campaigns that make a measurable impact.

You'll play a key role in developing the firm's Hub Spot platform, supporting CRM projects, and driving marketing activity across multiple business areas. Working within a small, experienced team, you'll have plenty of autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders. Whilst the role is initially on a contract basis, there is strong likelihood of it becoming a permanent position. What you'll be doing:
Leading the rollout and ongoing development of Hub Spot across several business areas Building and improving workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards Supporting a major CRM integration project alongside an external technology partner Planning, delivering, and analysing marketing campaigns across all digital channels Managing data quality, segmentation, and audience targeting within Hub Spot Supporting wider digital marketing activity, including content creation, social media and events Helping drive Hub Spot adoption through training and best-practice support What they're looking for:
Strong hands-on Hub Spot experience Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across email and online channels Good understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and reporting Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external suppliers Nice to have:
Professional services or B2B marketing experience Exposure to CRM implementations or integration projects Agency management experience Hub Spot certifications This role would suit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive ready for a step up, or an existing Marketing Campaign Manager looking for a broad role with plenty of ownership and visibility.
