Onyx-Conseil is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to oversee the IT Service Desk operations in Manchester. The ideal candidate will lead a support team while ensuring service excellence across multiple offices.

You will mentor team members and be responsible for system reliability, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting.

The position offers a salary of up to £45,000 and benefits including generous holiday allowances and health insurance.
