About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Data Analyst to join a high-performing Data Science & Analytics team. This role will focus on designing and delivering data analytics solutions from concept through implementation, helping drive data-informed decision-making across a large-scale digital product environment. You will work with complex datasets to generate actionable insights, build scalable reporting solutions, measure product and business performance, and influence strategic decisions through data.

- Prepare, clean, validate, and analyse large datasets for business and product insights
- Apply statistical analysis and modelling techniques to solve business problems
- Build and maintain scalable reporting, dashboards, and visualisations
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and meaningful data stories
- Create reliable datasets that support advanced analysis and decision-making
- Measure the impact of business initiatives, product changes, and experiments
- Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and governance
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and other business stakeholders
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct peer reviews and contribute to analytics best practices
- Support and mentor less experienced team members where appropriate
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong Python experience (PySpark highly desirable)
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as:
- Tableau
- Power BI
- Data Studio
- or equivalent platforms
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle:
- Data collection
- Data cleansing
- Data transformation
- Aggregation
- Validation
- Reporting
- Experience designing and analysing experiments (A/B testing, randomisation methodologies)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with customer behaviour analytics and event tracking
- Experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Adobe Analytics
- Similar behavioural analytics platforms
- Knowledge of causal inference methodologies
- Experience working within cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business stakeholders
- Exposure to machine learning workflows or model development
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
- Advanced degree beneficial but not essential
- Experience working in data-driven product or digital environments

You should be comfortable working autonomously, translating ambiguous business questions into analytical solutions, and influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
