Join a fast‑growing Agile Transformation team leading Agile and Scaled Agile transformations for strategic clients. You will help shape engagements, develop AI‑empowered Agile propositions, and grow through business‑development and practice‑building activities.

• Business development:
  Lead proposals, bids, client pitches, relationship building with senior buyers.
• Practice building:
  Contribute to the AI‑Empowered Agility offering, thought leadership, and team development through hiring, mentoring, and community.
• Continuous development:
  Deepen your expertise via certifications, complex engagements, and collaboration with senior practitioners.

We are looking for people with skills and experience in at least two of the three pillars
:

• Consulting & advisory toolkit – diagnostic design, structured problem solving, executive stakeholder engagement at CIO/COO/Head of Transformation level.
• Proposition development, proposal and bid leadership, and offering design.
• Deep knowledge of scaled and enterprise agility and a clear perspective on AI’s role in agility.

Desired capabilities include:

• Experience in delivering Agile transformation blueprints and roadmaps linked to business outcomes.
• Ability to frame AI adoption as an operating‑model design problem rather than a tooling issue.
• Design of human–AI collaboration, embedding in ceremonies and value‑stream operation.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI barriers such as capitalisation rules, audit constraints, funding cycles, and regulated sector dynamics.
• Use of AI to augment consulting craft (synthesis, diagnostics, proposals, market intelligence).
• Coaching, training, and mentoring in Agile delivery and rollout.
• Client relationship management, effective reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Strategy & innovation skills for solving complex analytical and technical problems.

Location:

London, Manchester, or Glasgow with flexibility on assignment locations.
