Senior Consultant​/Managing Consultant- HR Transformation Oracle HCM

As a Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant in Oracle HR Transformation, you will be instrumental in delivering transformative HR solutions for our clients. Leveraging expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and HR business transformation, you will guide clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and HR policy.

• Advising clients on HR, Oracle and industry best practices and operating models, drawing on Oracle programme experience to inform decision‑making.
• Leading and coordinating activities in readiness for and during the implementation of Oracle HCM, from a business and HR perspective.
• Working with clients and project teams to gather requirements, shape solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to consensus‑building across technical and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
• Supporting business readiness, change management and user adoption strategies to ensure long‑term success and value‑add for the client.
• Mentoring junior consultants and sharing knowledge to build team capability.

• Business Development – Leading or contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Internal contribution – Supporting practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), thought leadership and campaign activities.
• Learning & development – Engaging in training, certifications and development aligned with your career goals and evolving business needs.

• Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, Payroll). Prior hands‑on Oracle experience (functional, testing or training development) helps provide credible advisory support.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cloud solution design and delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multi‑disciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and structured thinking approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Flexibility to work across different technologies and roles in line with delivery needs.
• Interest in contributing to broader transformation initiatives beyond platform‑specific implementations.
• Currently working in a major consulting firm and/or industry with a consulting background, proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation.
• SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain (required for government projects).
