Your RoleYou will be joining the Industrial Data & AI squad of the Digital Engineering team. As a Managing Consultant, you’ll set direction and contribute to driving business forward through data‑driven insights. You’ll design state‑of‑the‑art architectures leveraging data & AI to improve clients’ operations and help them deliver sustained profitability, efficiency, quality and behavioural change improvements. You will collaborate with colleagues from other Capgemini groups such as Engineering, Frog, and Cambridge Consultants to develop comprehensive propositions for improving our client’s business.

- Business Development – leading and contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events.
- Internal Contribution – campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, offering development.
- Learning & Development – training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
- Experience in Python programming language and SQL.
- Experience in Data & AI cloud microservices AWS and Azure; experience with Data & AI platforms:
Cognite Data Fusion, C3 AI, Hexagon, Palantir is beneficial. - At least one cloud architecture certification (TOGAF, Cloud platform certifications such as AWS or Azure, Databricks or similar).
- Experience in working within Data Science and Analytics fields, with a proven track record of successfully delivered work across the ML lifecycle.
- Experience with Large Language Models architectures and techniques: AI‑agents, Graph
RAGs, fine‑tuning, semantic grounding. - A desire to provide solutions to real‑world data challenges faced by clients.
- Domain‑specific knowledge of asset management in one or more of:
Automotive, Aerospace and Defence, Utilities, Energy, Construction, FMCG, Life Sciences is beneficial. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Effective and clear communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience enabling clients to better understand and derive value from their data.
