Hive EPR Application Analyst

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hive EPR team powered by Epic and join the Administrative Workstream as an Analyst. The Administrative Workstream is responsible for patient access and this vacancy is within the Cadence & Springboard teams, responsible for patient appointments, waiting lists, pathways and patient communications. The Analyst is a vital colleague supporting further development of technical solutions, working closely with our clinical and operational teams.

• Assist with analysing and documenting current and future workflows and match these to those already built into the EPR system or facilitate agreement for changes in working practice.
• Support the modification of the EPR system using software configuration tools to ensure it works effectively for our patients.
• Assist other EPR module teams in integrated areas, collaborating closely with EPR and Trust teams.
• Upgrade, test, fix and configure the system thoroughly to ensure that it is safe, usable, secure and robust and that it works as expected.
• Provide support to end‑users using application knowledge through regular meetings and through incident investigation and resolution.

The assessment process for this role includes Sphinx testing, an aptitude assessment designed to evaluate critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem‑solving abilities.
