Project Manager — Manchester / Hybrid
Location: Manchester (hybrid — typically 2–3 days on-site or at client locations across the North West, with a sensible commute from Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire)
Salary: £55,000 – £72,000 DOE + bonus + benefits
Type: Permanent, full-time
Reference: HM-INT-MAN-260611
About the roleWe are partnering with a well-established Sage Intacct delivery practice that is expanding its project delivery team in the North West. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of cloud financial management implementations for a varied client base, from mid-market finance teams to multi-entity groups. You will be the central point of coordination between client stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams, steering each programme from kick-off and governance through to go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will plan, coordinate and deliver Sage Intacct implementations on time, within budget and to scope, owning project plans, RAID logs, resourcing and stakeholder communications throughout. You will run governance meetings and steering committees, manage scope and change control, and act as the trusted point of contact that keeps clients confident and informed. Working closely with consultants on data migration, multi-entity configuration, integrations and UAT, you will drive each engagement to a clean go-live and a smooth handover into ongoing support.
WhatWe're Looking For
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven success delivering end-to-end ERP or cloud finance implementations, ideally including Sage Intacct or comparable platforms such as Net Suite, Sage 200/X3 or Microsoft Dynamics. You will bring strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and a structured delivery approach, ideally underpinned by a PRINCE2, PMP or APM qualification. An understanding of core finance processes — general ledger, multi-entity consolidation, AP/AR and reporting — and experience working within a consultancy or partner environment will set you apart.
What'sOn Offer
A competitive salary of £55,000–£72,000 depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus and a strong benefits package. You will join a supportive, growth-focused practice with genuine hybrid flexibility, structured professional development and certification support, and a varied pipeline of implementations that will keep your skills current across the Sage Intacct ecosystem.
