As a Senior Consulting Engineer - Forward Deployed Associate Manager, you will operate with high individual ownership. You’ll design solutions that unify complex data landscapes, build workflows that drive smarter decisions, and partner with organisations to deliver sustainable transformation. Working directly with your clients, you will be the face of AOBG, requiring a unique blend of technical mastery and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate complex environments.

You will have creative freedom to architect solutions, working iteratively to build fast, show your work to clients and refine it based on real-time feedback.

• End-to-End Delivery:
  Take significant individual ownership of client problems, handling everything from deep data engineering (low/no code Palantir Foundry tooling, Python and PySpark code repos) to building user-facing front-end applications and widgets in Type Script or REACT.
• Client Advisory & Translation:
  Sit directly alongside clients, distinguish their goals and requirements and translate complex technical language into stakeholder appropriate communication.
• AI Integration:
  Actively embed AI workflows into existing applications using tools like AIP Logic Functions, AIP Analysts, and AIFDE.
• APBG/Decho Labs Innovation:
  Contribute to building tangible internal products. Feed your deployment learnings back into the company so our teams learn from your success and we create compounding assets of value for internally and for our clients.

• Fluency in core languages (Python, SQL, Type Script and/or REACT) and the capability to pick up others quickly. Understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and application development.
• Familiarity with Palantir (Foundry, Gotham, or similar) is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn.
