We’re partnering with a fast-growing European technology platform operating at meaningful scale across multiple markets. The business powers digital commerce infrastructure for thousands of independent merchants and is undergoing significant platform and operational evolution.

Security is increasingly central to the company’s growth journey. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible, broad-scope role where you will shape and ope rationalise modern security practices across the organisation.

This is not a purely advisory, audit, or policy-writing position. The business is looking for a pragmatic, hands‑on security leader who enjoys building, implementing, influencing, and driving measurable progress.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Legal, and senior leadership to strengthen security maturity, improve resilience, and embed scalable security practices into day‑to‑day operations.

The environment is collaborative, fast‑moving, and highly outcome‑oriented, with strong executive sponsorship and real appetite for improvement.
