PLM Expert

Salary: £35,000 - 55,000 per year

• We are looking for 5-10 years of experience and strong familiarity with Windchill PLM.
• We need experience leading PLM deployment in a large multinational organization.
• We require experience with engineering change management.
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• We require experience with 3D modeling software such as Creo, Solid Works, or Inventor;
  Creo is preferred.
• We strongly prefer proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• We need data mining capabilities.
• We need excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present.
• English language proficiency is required.
• We need exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through.
• We need the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Microsoft Office application experience is preferred.
• We require the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• We require candidates to be based in or relocate to Dublin, Ireland, and work in the office 2-3 days per week.

• We manage our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system across the full product lifecycle, from concept through design, development, production, service, and disposal.
• We support all PLM users within our Applied business unit.
• We conduct ongoing training and help facilitate PLM tasks across functional departments.
• We act as a PLM power user and a technical lead for all PLM-related activities within our Applied organization.
• We collaborate with global teams to align processes across multiple sites and business units within the PLM system.
• We support the transition to PLM and act as a change agent for our Applied business unit.
• We assist global teams with preparing data for migration to Windchill PLM by assessing the current PDM landscape and developing a migration strategy.
• We represent our Applied organization in enterprise-wide best business practices.
• We develop a training plan for the initial PLM launch and provide continuous training for new functionalities.
• We work with Integrated Product Teams to determine current and future PLM requirements.
• We monitor industry developments and propose future changes to the PLM platform based on software updates and evolving best practices.
• We collaborate across teams to ensure seamless exchange and management of product data and an excellent user experience.

We are based in Dublin, Ireland, and this is a hybrid role with an expectation to work in the office 2-3 days per week. We are offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our PLM transformation journey, helping us improve PLM maturity, align processes across sites and business units, and enhance the user experience across the enterprise. This role is part of a global team and involves collaboration across functions to support the Applied business unit and broader PLM initiatives.
