Role SummaryAs Junior Success Factors Support Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and improving one of our core people systems. Working within our SAP Application Management Services team, you’ll help keep our Success Factors platform running smoothly, ensuring our people across defence, aerospace and engineering can focus on delivering critical work that protects the UK and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in SAP and HR systems, gaining hands‑on experience in a global organisation.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Supporting incident and service request resolution in collaboration with Service Desk and AMS teams
- Performing triage to ensure issues are routed to the right technical or business specialists
- Testing fixes, enhancements and new functionality before release
- Investigating system issues and recommending solutions for continuous improvement
- Creating reports, work orders and documentation to support system performance
- Experience in a Service Desk or technical support environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast‑paced setting
- Skill in resolving issues and analysing problems with a structured approach
- Strong interest in SAP, Success Factors or HR systems
- Ability to apply processes and work within defined methodologies
- A degree in Human Resources, Information Management, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
