Cloud IAM Support Engineer

Cloud IAM Support Engineer - Manchester (Onsite, 5 days/week) £50,000 - £60,000  perm benefits We're hiring a Cloud IAM Support Engineer to support a modern Identity & Access Management environment, with a focus on Microsoft Entra  Okta . This is a hands-on role supporting cloud identity services, helping ensure secure authentication, access control, and seamless integrations across enterprise systems. What you'll be doing:
Support Microsoft Entra s RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO Administer Entra  applications (SAML/OIDC), service principals, and managed identities Manage identity lifecycle processes (JML), dynamic groups, and access governance Support Entra e Directory synchronisation (Entra/AAD Connect) Work on Okta SSO and identity integrations alongside Entra  integrations with security and endpoint tools (e.g. Crowd Strike)

What we're looking for:

Experience across cloud IAM platforms (Entra /or Okta) Hands-on support of Conditional Access and/or PIM in production Experience managing SSO integrations (SAML or OIDC) Knowledge of identity sync between cloud and on-prem (Entra Connect / AD sync) Experience supporting identity integrations with security tools Strong troubleshooting and operational support capability
