Our Operational Reporting team sits at the heart of the business, transforming complex data into clear insights that help teams make smarter, faster decisions.

We're looking for a Report Developer who is passionate about data, curious about how businesses operate, and excited by the opportunity to build reporting solutions that genuinely influence performance and strategy.

As a Report Developer, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges and create reporting solutions that deliver real value. From interactive dashboards to self‑service analytics tools, you'll help colleagues access the insights they need to succeed.

• Design, build and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into practical data solutions.
• Own projects from initial scoping through to delivery and ongoing optimisation.
• Use data creatively to uncover trends, answer key business questions and support decision‑making.
• Partner with colleagues across Operations, Commercial, Finance and other business areas to identify opportunities where data can add value.
• Support and promote data literacy, helping users get the most from reporting tools and insights.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

We're interested in people who can combine technical expertise with a genuine understanding of business needs.

• Strong experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI

• Working knowledge of DAX and Power Query

• Good SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• A solid understanding of data visualisation best practices and user-focused design.
• Experience validating, testing and assuring data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The confidence to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for finding ways data can improve business outcomes.

You’ll build trusted relationships across the business, become a go-to expert for reporting and insight, and deliver products that empower colleagues to answer questions independently and make evidence-based decisions. Most importantly, you’ll help us move from reactive reporting to a modern, scalable, insight-driven capability that powers business performance.
