IAM Service Lead Up to £78,000| Manchester | Full Time | Onsite

Please note:

This role requires onsite attendance in Manchester, 5 days per week, and successful completion of BPSS and client security clearance checks. We are seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead to establish and lead a new Identity & Access Management service during a high-profile service transition.

Key Responsibilities Create IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model (TOM) Lead service transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing activities Provide IAM service leadership and governance Manage KPIs, SLAs and service reporting Drive continuous improvement initiatives Manage stakeholders, risks and issues Essential Skills IAM Service Leadership Service Design and Service Transition Governance and Stakeholder Management KPI and SLA Management Expertise across IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI Hybrid IAM environments Desirable Active Directory Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Microsoft Entra  Beyond Trust PAM
