Cloud IAM Support Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

• Experience across cloud IAM platforms, such as Microsoft Entra /or Okta
• Hands‑on production experience supporting Conditional Access and/or PIM
• Experience managing SSO integrations using SAML or OIDC
• Knowledge of identity synchronisation between cloud and on‑premises environments, such as Entra Connect or AD sync
• Experience supporting identity integrations with security tools
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills

• Support Microsoft Entra s RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO
• Administer Entra  applications, including SAML/OIDC integrations, service principals, and managed identities
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover and leaver activity, dynamic groups, and access governance
• Support synchronisation between Entra  Active Directory
• Work on Okta SSO and identity integrations alongside Microsoft Entra
• Support integrations with security and endpoint tools, such as Crowd Strike

We are hiring a Cloud IAM Support Engineer in Manchester for an onsite role, five days per week, offering a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 plus permanent benefits. We support a modern Identity and Access Management environment with a focus on Microsoft Entra  Okta. This is a hands‑on role within our cloud identity team, helping us ensure secure authentication, access control, and seamless integrations across enterprise systems.
