This isn’t about building dashboards in isolation. The focus is on working closely with stakeholders, understanding how the business operates, and delivering reporting that actually gets used.

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
• Developing and improving DAX measures and calculations
• Delivering BAU and ad hoc reporting across multiple business areas
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into reporting
• Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and insight
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency and integrity of reporting
• Handling sensitive data within a regulated environment
• Supporting improvements to reporting and data usage across the business

• Experience with Power BI in a commercial environment
• Strong working knowledge of DAX
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders

• Established data function — not starting from scratch
