Responsibilities
- Design and deliver system architecture for Oracle EPM products, including release management, integration management, and data migration strategy.
- Translate client technical and accounting requirements into Oracle EPM product‑specific designs.
- Support documentation of test strategy, drafting test scenarios, and technical testing scripts.
- Assist end‑user training, knowledge transfer, deployment to production, and provide post go‑live support.
- Delivery track record in one or more Oracle EPM products (Planning, FCC, PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS).
- Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end implementation, including Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS).
- Technical design and solution configuration expertise in large‑scale Oracle Finance Transformation.
- Ability to review functional and technical designs against business requirements and advocate enhancements.
- Exposure to chart of accounts and data model design.
- Understanding of financial services target operating model, processes, controls, change management, and business readiness.
- Knowledge of statutory close, consolidation processes, and planning core concepts.
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud product sets (ERP, SCM, HCM, payroll) and design architecture.
- Exposure to other EPM products such as EDMCS and ARCS is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project delivery documentation (business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, requirement traceability matrices).
- Excellent documentation, reporting, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational, and motivational abilities.
- Fast learner, keen to stay current, and grow self and team.
- Strong problem‑solving, independent diagnostic and resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritise and adapt in ambiguous situations.
- Attention to detail and data‑driven decision making.
Candidate must be willing and able to work 2 days per week from one of our core hubs in London, Birmingham, or Manchester. Flexible hours and part‑time options can be discussed. Remote arrangement possible for other days.
