As an IT Systems Engineer, you'll help maintain and improve the technology that supports our people and business operations. Working across Microsoft 365, Azure, business applications, integrations, and AI-powered tools, you'll play a key role in delivering a reliable, secure, and efficient IT environment.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting users, and exploring emerging technologies.

• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra
• Work with Azure-hosted applications and cloud services
• Support business-critical systems, integrations, and reporting platforms
• Use automation tools, including Power Shell, to improve efficiency
• Assist with platform enhancements and technology improvement projects
• Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve workflows and productivity

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for colleagues across the business
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
• Manage user access and permissions
• Support meeting room and AV technology
• Act as a key point of contact for IT queries and service requests

You’ll be a proactive problem‑solver with a strong customer focus and a passion for technology. You’ll bring:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting cloud technologies and business applications
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience with Power Shell or other automation tools
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
