Service Now ITOM / CMDB Technical Lead
- Onsite working UK
- Permanent
- 10+ years of consulting experience
- 5+ years Service Now experience
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, IRM
- Experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server
- Proficient in Service Now scripting:
JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, workflows - Service Now Certified (CTA or equivalent)
This role involves design, strategy, governance, roadmaps, AI, integrations, supporting presales, solutioning, analysis, and working with the customer and delivery.
Salary – £85k + Bonus + Benefits (negotiable for the right candidate)
