Manchester City Centre, 2 days p/week in office

We’re working with a leading digital agency to hire a Digital Project Manager who will ensure the smooth delivery of technical projects such as website builds, migrations, and complex SEO rollouts for a range of high‑profile ecommerce brands.

As Digital Project Manager you’ll act as the link between clients, internal specialists, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing web builds end‑to‑end from discovery to launch
• Planning and managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinating internal teams (Design, Content, SEO, Paid Media, Development) as well as external providers
• Overseeing testing, QA, and final sign‑off for all projects
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients during delivery
• Driving collaboration, process improvements, and clear communication across the agency

About You

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience managing digital projects (ideally agency‑side)
• Proven track record with website builds, migrations, and technical delivery
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Strong knowledge of web development life cycles and CMS platforms (Word Press and Shopify)
• Familiar with Waterfall and Kanban methodology
• Skilled in project management tools (Click Up, Asana, Trello, etc).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving
