TSB in Edinburgh seeks a Problem Controller to support the Problem Management process, targeting reduced recurrence of issues and improved service uptime. You will classify problems, conduct root cause analysis, and drive proactive and reactive actions across incident streams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Incident/Problem/Change life cycles, strong data analysis, and collaboration with CIO teams and third-party suppliers. A focus on accurate records and reporting will be essential.
