A long-established group of retail and distribution companies is expanding its Digital Team and requires an experienced Paid Social Media Manager. The role reports to the Head of Performance and is senior within the Group.

• Develop and execute paid social campaigns across Meta and Tik Tok platforms.
• Manage budgets, bids, and audience targeting with segmentation.
• Brief and oversee creative content to align with brand objectives.
• Analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Prepare and report on weekly and monthly KPIs.

• Proven track record of managing paid social campaigns either in‑house or through an agency.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Deep understanding of performance optimisation, creative best practices, and audience targeting.
• Experience in managing budgets, bids, and audience segmentation.

• Annual salary £45,000 – £55,000.
• Performance‑related bonus and salary review.
