PAM Specialist: Privileged Access & IAM Engineer

• Practical experience supporting and administering Beyond Trust, including Password Safe, PRA, and EPM
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices
• Active Directory administration expertise and experience with Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD)
• Knowledge of SAML, SSO, MFA, and RBAC
• Proven troubleshooting and documentation skills in a secure enterprise environment
• Ability to quickly adapt, absorb knowledge, and support transition activities
• Desirable: experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Desirable: exposure to service transition, knowledge transfer, and hypercare
• Desirable: understanding of ITIL processes and operational support models
• Candidates must be eligible for BPSS clearance

• Administer and support our Beyond Trust PAM platform, ensuring secure privileged access management
• Support knowledge transfer sessions and review documentation during transition phases
• Manage privileged access policies, user controls, and security configurations
• Collaborate with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra  authentication, authorisation, and group management
• Configure integrations with identity services such as SAML, MFA, and directory services
• Troubleshoot operational incidents, support service requests, and resolve platform issues
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding privileged users and accounts
• Support policy management and Group Policy configurations
• Participate in hypercare activities during service stabilisation
• Produce technical documentation and operational procedures
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and service teams to ensure compliance and continuity

We are hiring two experienced Beyond Trust SMEs to support the transition and ongoing operation of a Privileged Access Management service. Based onsite in Manchester five days a week, this is a 3-month role with an umbrella rate of £500.00 per day. You will join a dynamic environment supporting a critical security service, providing hands‑on administration, troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and operational expertise across our Beyond Trust platform.
