O365​/MDM Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

• Experience with M365, Intune, and Azure.
• Strong end-user support skills for desktop environments and Office applications, including SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Skype Federation is desirable.
• Experience with enterprise smart device systems such as Blackberry UEM and Android.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support phone handset configurations.
• Eligibility for SC clearance and UK sole nationality.

• Monitor, tune, and diagnose faults within collaborative systems and enterprise environments.
• Support incident resolution and manage requests to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to schedule and deliver tasks effectively.
• Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Produce technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD) for configurations.
• Lead and support new IT infrastructure projects.
• Share expertise across client teams to enhance service delivery.

This role is based in Manchester and offers a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, along with benefits including a contributory pension scheme, Employee Assistance Program, medical and dental cover, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, maternity/shared parental and paternity leave, and sick pay.
