Senior Platform Engineer – Connectivity SRE

Responsibilities

• Lead the availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the Connectivity platform.
• Proactively identify, lead, and resolve service issues using monitoring, telemetry, and data-driven insights.
• Build strong partner relationships and collaborate across teams to deliver effective end-to-end solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimisation, automation, and effective service transitions.
• Contribute to platform strategy, roadmap development, and major incident resolution while supporting wider business objectives.

• Strong expertise in ITIL, ITSM tooling, service reporting, and continual service improvement.
• Shown experience across enterprise networking technologies, including Azure, Fortinet SD-WAN, Juniper Mist, and Zscaler.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to diagnose sophisticated issues using multiple data sources and perspectives.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, able to translate technical concepts for diverse partners and teams.
• Committed to delivering reliable, high-quality services through automation, process optimisation, and operational excellence.
