Network Plus in Worsley is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support across the business. You will log tickets, prioritise by issue and urgency, and maintain excellent IT customer service communications as you update customers on progress.
You will resolve issues across desktops, printers, tablets, mobile devices and in-house software, build hardware to standards, and work to SLAs while mentoring new starters and contributing to knowledge base creation.
