Amadeus in Manchester Airport is seeking a Product Support Engineer to recover incidents and requests related to hardware and software systems. The role is based on 12-hour shifts (4 on/4 off) and requires you to be in the Manchester area, with occasional travel to Dublin airport.
You will provide real-time ERP support, diagnose complex problems, and escalate when necessary, while working with Amadeus customers to ensure timely updates and knowledge transfer.
