Network Plus in Worsley is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support across the business and ensure tickets are raised and organised by priority with excellent IT customer service communications.
You will resolve issues with PCs, printers, tablets, mobile devices, and in-house software, build desktop and mobile hardware, and work to departmental SLAs while mentoring new starters and contributing to knowledge base articles.
