An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Consultant to join a global professional services business on an initial 3-month contract.

This role will play a key part in supporting payroll transformation and change initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and outsourced payroll providers to ensure payroll operations are efficient, accurate, and fit for the future.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who combines strong operational expertise with project and systems experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Consultant:

• Lead and support payroll transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Work closely with outsourced payroll providers to improve service delivery and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Support payroll implementation projects, including process design, testing, and go-live activities.
• Provide expertise on payroll system enhancements and configuration, particularly within iTrent.
• Review and improve payroll processes, controls, and documentation.
