AJ Bell is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to shape the D2C experience and lead high-impact research across our direct-to-consumer products. You will collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers and other stakeholders to uncover meaningful insights that inform decisions.
You will design and deliver qualitative and mixed-method studies, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and promote rigorous, customer-centred research practices across the team.
